You’re on the wide, tree-lined Avenida de Liberdade, known for its designer shops and grand architecture. Many of Lisbon’s restaurants and shops, its concert hall and botanical garden are between two and ten minutes’ walk away, and behind the hotel is the Lavra funicular, first opened in 1884.
