You eat in the elegant restaurant: breakfast could go on forever with local ‘pasticciotti’, cakes, salami, fresh cheeses, eggs any way you want; lunches and evening meals are created from seasonal and local ingredients by chef Anotonio Capoccello – fish from the Ionian Sea, vegetables with zero kilometres. The wine list is extensive and delicious.
