The Experience

Come one, come all – there’s plenty of room for everyone in this restored 19th-century farmhouse. Set in the rolling Le Marche countryside amid groves of olive, fig, and quince trees, the house has bags of rustic charm, with amazing brick and chestnut-beamed ceilings, restored barnyard doors and original cotto tiles, but doesn’t skimp on modern comforts (air conditioning everywhere and excellent wifi).

The house is generous, with six comfortable bedrooms (most en suite) and spacious common areas. The kitchen’s a dream, with plenty of space, a breakfast bar, and even a fireplace. Better still, you can call in a private chef to whip up something special.

Beyond the olive trees outside, a swimming pool beckons and so do the sun loungers. There’s a ping-pong table and a bocce court, too. Under the shady loggia, a vast table is made for long lazy lunches and lingering dinners under the stars.
