The Experience
There’s a boutique feel to this design-led hotel with a choice of places to sit, plan your visits, chat over your day: a living area with fireplace and soft sofas, the bar lounge or the beautiful garden with its mature trees, shrubs and vases of flowers. Rest here, have an aperitivo or supper on fine days with seating areas around an olive tree and views to the bell tower of the church – it’s very atmospheric.
Breakfast heartily on fresh tarts and breads, yogurt, local cheeses and hams, good coffee. Discover the history of the building, owned by the Vatican and once a home for unwedded mothers. Then set off to explore Monti, a favourite strolling spot for Romans on Sundays with outdoor tables at many trattorie serving fine pasta – there’s oodles of choice. Santa Pudenziana, one of Rome’s oldest churches is right next door.
Recover in bedrooms with fine white linens, robes and slippers, gorgeous Baroque views.

Introducing
Desideria Reale
The Falez family renovated the hotel using young Roman architects - this is their latest project and they have three other hotels in the city. Desideria is the General Manager and she welcomes you as if it were her own home and you her very precious guests. Along with her young and cheery team she'll make sure you have a grand and comfortable stay.
We loved Sentho. We stayed for two nights and found the hotel perfect. We thought the roof-top bar was delightful, offering local drinks and subtle twists on classic cocktails. The restaurant was relaxing; we ate in the courtyard and loved the specialities from Rome. Our room was elegant, large and quiet, overlooking the beautiful churches - one next door and one opposite. However, it was the Sentho team who made our stay in Rome special, helping with all our questions and providing useful advice and suggestions. They went above and beyond & it was a pleasure to meet them. We will be back.
