Views from this peachy, classic 19th-century palazzo look out to other similar residential buildings lined with small shops and a variety of restaurants and bars.

Third-floor guest rooms are within an apartment, entering into a small foyer sitting area. Rooms are contemporary in style with stripped doors, framed black and white photographs and original architectural drawings, modern lighting, fresh flowers and crisp white linen. Bathrooms are fresh with grey glass mosaics and locally made soaps.

Breakfast is brought to your room – a large trolley with tarts, bread, cakes and biscuits from the local bakery. If you have any special requests just let Daniela know the night before.
