The Experience

Pascale is very proud of her French breakfasts: everything is homemade including yogurt, jams from the many fruit trees in the garden, viennoiserie, cakes, biscuits, pancakes and Pain Perdu flavoured with orange blossom. Freshly squeezed orange juice comes from their own trees. Wake up and smell the roses from the patio (15 varieties share the garden, along with lavender bushes, horse-chestnut, fig and citrus trees.)

Large bedrooms all have minibars and you can make your own tea and coffee whenever you want – there’s even a turn-down service so you’ll feel very well looked after. Inside, find Louis XVI Provençal cabinetry and stone fireplaces; oak parquet floors and marble bedside tables; a natural stone basin and a sunken bath.

Explore the cobbled streets of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, then soak tired limbs in the security pool with Opiocolor mosaic tiling. After dusk…pastis and boules on the floodlit court.

Reviews

The garden with its eco-friendly fish pond, fruit trees arching over the doorways and boules court, is a wonderful place to while away the time before a dip in the huge, green-tiled pool. Pascale and Yves are the perfect hosts, chatty and knowledgeable yet discreet and charming. They do everything to make sure their guest have a relaxing time, including booking restaurants and offering travel advice.

Introducing

Pascale Barissat

Pascale and Yves were both civil engineers. She is originally from Champagne, and he is from Clermont-Ferrand. When he retired, he wanted to live by the sea - they scoured the entire French coast for a place to live and landed upon this place. They love doing B&B and take great care of their guests, which is why they have so many returners.
