I'd love to stay here! I simply adore the peace, the simple originality of the house and furnishings. For anyone wanting peace where they can wind down, chill, or be creative, this is it!

We had the most wonderful stay at Arblade discovering this beautiful part of France - an area we didn't know. Your home is such a peaceful and relaxing place. The local markets had delicious produce and the brebis cheese with your homemade chutney was utterly delicious. We certainly made the most of eating out on the terrace overlooking the uninterrupted views. The children loved the pool and on the one morning it rained we had plenty to occupy them, the lovely old fashioned jigsaws, board games and endless DVDS! I have spent several holidays in Arblade (May and June) and highly recommend this spacious country house located in a quiet hamlet, with easy acces to several pretty rural villages, antique shops and fabulous food markets. The house is well equipped with a great kitchen and confortable lounge area. There are two covered terraces to provide shade in the heat, a good sized swimming pool and the surrounding grounds make it an ideal place to chill out with friends and family in the beautiful and authentic Gascony countryside.

We had the most heavenly week here - perfect weather, wonderful pool and spectacular sunsets! The house is absolutely charming, with masses of space both inside and out, and a lovely terrace for al fresco dining and sundowners! We enjoyed exploring the local area and buying lovely fresh produce at the market, then coming back to the amazing kitchen to cook. A brilliant holiday, thank you so much - we’ll definitely be back!
