- Letting friendly Ruth take you to feed carrots to the horses, cook you Sunday brunch or Friday frittata and give you a lift into town so you can have a tipple and walk back
You should know
- The track up to the farmhouse is uneven – take it slowly
- The pool is right outside the kitchen door and not fenced off – watch non-swimmers
Crunch your way down the gravel drive to the stylish country manor of Lespaze. It's been beautifully restored and offers a place to drop bags and immediately ease into relaxed holiday mode. There's space for everyone with the handy configuration of pool, terrace and summer kitchen just a step from the house. Ruth will look after your every desire – food, info, and even take you to feed the horses.
