In summer you’ll be in the front garden with a lawn for lounging, a table and chairs for long light evenings and a gate straight onto the path for Cader Idris – serious walkers will be delighted.

It’s a tranquil spot: birds twitter, the river rushes by behind you, Welsh black cattle and sheep plod about in the fields.
