At Fancy House, you have a good-sized kitchen with everything you need and a working fireplace in the sitting room. Upstairs, bedrooms have excellent beds with white linen; the double has a window seat with views to the sea. In Ty Coed: a comfy living room, and a kitchen with gas stove and Welsh slate floor (underfloor heated). An open staircase takes you to a mezzanine twin bedroom with a fresh feel. The ground floor double, next to the living area, has a lofty beamed ceiling and views to the garden and woods beyond. Both have tiled bathrooms that sparkle, with free-standing baths. Rural bliss, but stroll for half an hour to find pub and shops.
