- There's a useful utility room for wet togs with a sink, washing machine and dryer plus an extra loo
- It is sometimes possible to use the owners’ large lawned area of garden (by arrangement)
- The family bathroom only has a handheld shower attachment
Guests will enjoy relaxing in the splendid open-plan conservatory kitchen, diner and sitting room, where everyone can gather together under the glittering chandelier. Open the French doors onto the private walled courtyard and let the smell of summer roses waft in. Then afterwards sleep in the cosy bedrooms and dream of your next foray into the ancient woodland of the nearby Sutton Park estate.
