Following a stunning three-year refurbishment of a run-down pub, granary and old stables, The Maltings opened in August 2024 to reveal a cool, relaxed hotel with 28 individually styled rooms and a wow-factor dining experience in the restored granary – think sharing platters, open-to-view kitchen and an industrial feel.
