We absolutely loved our stay at The Yan, and honestly couldn't fault it! The rooms are spotless and stylish, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the location is a perfect central base for exploring The Lakes. But the food, the food is what makes this place extra special. Delicious local, seasonal food and incredible flavours in the small, intimate bistro. We were able to explore so much of The Lakes from this location, and there are so many walks you can do from the door - ideal if you don't want to be driving around. Including Helvellyn! It's also very dog-friendly, which we loved.
